Job Title: Lead FTM Developer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience as an expert in IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) base and FTM for check services product.
  • 3+ Years of experience in other IBM products such as IIB, WTX and MQ.
  • Strong knowledge and experience across Cards and Payments domain.
  • Experience in Payment Processing Systems in large banks
  • Familiar with Payments messaging standards such as NACHA, ISO 20022, SWIFT
  • Good Knowledge of check payments value chain involving Fraud and Dispute management, Network regulation and compliance.
  • Demonstrable payment processing and clearing knowledge especially data mapping and modelling to support triaging issues raised in development and production
  • Proven track record of success leading multiple projects and change management initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment including liaising with external third-party companies as necessary.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and governance in large scale implementations.
  • Sound knowledge of upstream and downstream systems in payments landscape like Crore banking, Compliance, FX, Advising, Billing etc.

 

Skills and experience

  • BE/BTech+ MBA candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client facing consulting roles
  • Bring deep industry expertise in payments & digital banking and large-scale payments modernization programs
  • Provide innovative ideas with our clients to explore disruptive strategies that create business value, including usage of new age technologies, such as Blockchain and AI.
