The Opportunity

The team has built an extensive experience in various domains with the value creation spectrum, such as Corporate and Growth Strategy, Organizational Transformations, and Transaction Strategy and Execution.
This is providing new team members broader responsibilities, more exposure to clients and overall, a significant opportunity for personal growth and development. Currently we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Strategy and Execution to join our EY Parthenon team in Belgrade.
 
Key responsibilities

As part of our fast-growing EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution team, you will work closely with C-level executives to address strategic challenges, drive agile transformation processes and provide strategic support throughout the M&A lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include

o    Structuring and breaking down complex strategic and execution‑related problems into clear, actionable work plans
o    Owning and delivering specific workstreams, including hypothesis‑driven analyses and synthesis of insights
o    Developing business cases and financial models to assess strategic options, value creation initiatives, and transformation impact
o    Preparing high‑quality client deliverables and C‑level presentations, translating analysis into clear and compelling recommendations
o    Working closely with client teams and EY colleagues across strategy, transactions, and functional practices
o    Actively contributing to business development activities, proposals, and internal knowledge development
o    Playing a visible role in team development, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the local Strategy & Execution community

To qualify for the role, you should have

•    2–3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy roles, corporate development, or similar environments
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field
•    Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic, implementable solutions
•    Experience working on complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, ideally involving strategy development, transformation, or transactions
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
