The opportunity
We are looking for Marketing Administrator in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team in Belgrade.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve data quality in the CRM and marketing databases; oversee data, imports, exports, etc;
• Support the integration and maintenance of marketing tools (e.g., CRM system, Data enrichment);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and enhance marketing processes, workflows, and campaign efficiency;
• Assist in the creation and deployment of campaigns to support marketing initiatives;
• Regular communication with global page building team for company’s local site for website content maintenance;
• Creating and distribution of News Letters on official Adobe platforms.
What we look for
• Be a recent graduate or student of the final year of studies in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or similar fields;
• Is skilled in MS Office;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting and data tools (e.g., Excel, or analytics platforms);
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
