We are currently looking for Managers. 

You Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate’s responsibilities will include:

•    Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs. 
•    Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. 
•    Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities. 
•    Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation. 
•    Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements. 
•    Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc. 
•    Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values. 
•    Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team. 
•    Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness. 
•    Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members. 

Your profile:

•    Able to independently lead projects & teams and manage senior-level clients.
•    Highly motivated with positive, “can-do” attitude.
•    Team player, capable to effectively operate and communicate in an international, multicultural and diverse environment.
•    Strong business acumen and communication skills. 
•    Proactive and willing to handle several complex tasks simultaneously.  
•    Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines. 
•    International exposure and experience (professional and/or educational). 
•    Capable to effectively contribute and lead business development activities. 
•    Flexible and willing to travel and to work across countries in CEE and SEE region. 
•    Previous consulting experience (Tier 1/Tier 2 consulting companies).
•    PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
•    Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (Slovene, Czech and Croatian / Serbian is a plus).
•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, organizational and technical studies or similar.
•    Based (or willing to be based) in Central Europe.

To qualify for the role, you must have

•    Have a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, organizational and technical studies or similar.
•    Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Serbian and English (Slovene and Czech are a plus).
•    Financial modeling skills, including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel, are considered a plus.
•    Excellent analytical, project management, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
•    Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
•    PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
