This role offers you the chance to become a key part of our dynamic, virtual Global Learning Deployment team, working from 20+ locations worldwide. You’ll bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to our work across EY. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in bringing learning content to life for EY professionals, helping them continuously learn and develop, and contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

Inclusive Dates: 1 July to 31 December 2026

Key responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end deployment of Milestones across multiple delivery channels (webcasts, virtual classrooms, in‑person sessions) and platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.), including participant and facilitator management, pre‑ and post‑work coordination, and communications.
  • Manage all logistics and operational requirements, including course materials, branding, and supporting collateral.
  • Build and maintain learning program infrastructure such as SharePoint sites, registration portals, and mobile app content.
  • Support global deployment initiatives including eLearning, strategic programs, and Global Assignments across EY.
  • Partner closely with the Program Manager and Learning Deployment Manager to drive milestone priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Produce and analyze learning consumption reports for Milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved in learning administration to ensure smooth processes and consistent learner experience.
  • Mentor and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialist within the Virtual Talent Hub.
  • Contribute to ongoing simplification, automation, and digitalization efforts across learning deployment processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal practices to achieve best‑in‑class deployment standards.

 

Technical skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and application of MS Excel.
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of learning deployment and administration processes are an advantage.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors are an advantage.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different geographical locations and cultures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

To qualify for the role, you shall have

  • Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Human Resources, Events Management.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.
