The opportunity


Join our CDA team (Capital and Debt Advisory team) within EY-Parthenon and you will work with many of the world’s largest organizations, renowned investors and private equity firms on some of the biggest and most complex deals on the local and regional markets.
Through market research, analysis of financial and operational data and development of feasibility studies, our dedicated sector and service line experts use their skills and determination to understand the client’s vision for the project, put it into perspective of the local market conditions and forecast and support the client in all the integral steps of the project development. You will help identify the key value drivers of both the industry and the planned project development, challenge assumptions about future performance, provide insights to key decision makers that will help them increase value and work with other EY service teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients throughout the whole project development.
We are currently looking for a Junior to contribute to the delivery of quality services for our diverse clients. 

Your key responsibilities
•    Perform market research for the purposes of strategic decision-making
•    Assist in preparing reports, teaser documents and investment presentations that will be delivered to clients and other parties (investors, financing institutions, etc.)
•    Provide support in development of financial models to test the feasibility of proposed projects
•    Take part in Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) of companies as part of (re)financing and restructuring engagements
•    Participate in valuation and valuation reviews of assets and projects (primarily for Real Estate, Hospitality and Infrastructure sectors)

What we look for

•    Knowledge and understanding of corporate finance and investment valuation
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or related areas of expertise
      years of relevant industry experience 
•    Decent knowledge of basic MS office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
•    Fluency in English language
•    Experience from diverse industries or from a Big4 firm will be considered as an advantage, but is not necessary
