The opportunity

Join EY‑Parthenon Transaction Diligence and work on high‑impact M&A projects, supporting private equity, strategic investors, and financial institutions in key investment decisions. You will develop financial and commercial analysis skills to assess businesses, identify risks, and support transaction execution.

Your key responsibilities 

As part of EY Parthenon Transaction Diligence, you will support clients on buy side and sell side transactions across a range of industries and markets. Your responsibilities will include:

    Supporting buy‑ and sell‑side M&A engagements, including market and company research
    Assisting in the preparation of financial analyses as part of due diligence, including revenue, cost, and profitability trends
    Contributing to the assessment of financial performance, including working capital and liquidity
    Preparing client deliverables, including reports, schedules, and presentations
    Supporting project teams in data processing, analysis, and execution of workstreams

What we look for

    Degree in economics, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
    0–2 years of relevant experience (or internships) in transaction services, corporate finance, M&A, strategy, or a similar environment
    Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of financial statements
    Very good communication skills in English
