The opportunity  

We are looking for a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Consulting team in Serbia. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices. You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining secure and scalable platforms that support our clients’ applications and delivery processes. 

This position is being opened due to increased demand across multiple projects within our portfolio.  

As part of our Technology Consulting team of around 100 professionals, you will collaborate with a variety of expert groups, including DevOps, QA, development, design, and project management teams. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to impactful digital initiatives, and continuously develop your technical and professional skills. 

Your key responsibilities  

• Infrastructure automation and orchestration  

• CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance  

• Managing containerized workloads (Docker / Kubernetes)  

• Cloud provisioning, scaling, and performance tuning  

• Ensuring platform security, monitoring, and high availability  

• Supporting development and project teams in delivery  

Azure Infrastructure & Environment Management  

• Provisioning: Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure for the new applications using Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure CDN, Azure Front Door). 

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain IaC scripts using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to ensure environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) are repeatable and consistent. 

• Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics) for the React/React Native apps and their integration endpoints. 

Technical Skills 

• Cloud Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and architecture. 

• CI/CD: Solid experience designing and implementing pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML). 

• IaC Mastery: Experience with Terraform or advanced ARM templates for infrastructure provisioning. 

• Scripting: Scripting skills (PowerShell or Python) for automation tasks. 

• Containerization: Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ideally Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)). 

• Content Delivery Experience: Proven experience setting up and maintaining CMS, DAM, and CDN integration pipelines. 

Ideally, you are also familiar with:  

• Previous experience automating mobile application releases (iOS/Android) using tools like Fastlane or native Azure DevOps tasks. 

• Experience managing API Gateways, including configuring policies and applying traffic management. 

• Experience with front-end performance monitoring and logging integration (e.g., Sentry, Dynatrace).
