The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Transformation practice at an associate level. This role is ideal for someone who understands financial statements and KPIs — but also knows how to redesign processes, improve governance, and translate strategy into execution. You will work closely with more senior roles within the team, while also independently driving key deliverables and interacting directly with client stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Together, we will help our clients in creating and fulfilling their transformation journey, by addressing their biggest challenges and priorities, including:
•    Finance & reporting transformation:
        o    Design and enhance management reporting frameworks and performance dashboards
        o    Translate financial and non-financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
        o    Support cost optimisation and performance improvement programs
        o    Improve KPI frameworks and financial transparency
•    Operating model design:
        o    Conduct end-to-end process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
        o    Redesign processes with clear governance, role allocation, and data flow logic
        o    Analyse and design governance mechanisms and improve organisational and corporate structure
        o    Support the development of target operating models (TOMs)
        o    Understand technology used in these processes, to be able to collaborate with more technology-oriented teams regarding ERP, BI and automation, to ensure alignment with redesigned processes and performance objectives
•    Business assessment & value identification:
        o    Perform accelerated diagnostics and maturity assessments
        o    Benchmark organisational and functional performance
        o    Identify risks, inefficiencies, and structural gaps
        o    Develop structured, high-quality client deliverables

What we look for

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, management, or related field
•    Proven experience (at least 3 years of experience is desired) in some of the following areas:
        o    Management/business consulting, or
        o    Finance transformation or process transformation roles, or
        o    Business analysis and performance improvement, or
        o    Management reporting and financial analysis, or
•    Solid understanding of:
        o    Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
        o    Financial metrics (profitability, ratios, KPIs)
        o    Performance management concepts
        o    Cost structures and profitability drivers
•    Experience in contributing to cross-functional transformation initiatives will be considered an advantage
•    Ability to:
        o    Own and drive defined workstreams with limited supervision
        o    Communicate effectively with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders
        o    Structure complex problems and develop clear recommendations
        o    Deliver high-quality PowerPoint and Excel outputs
