Job Summary
Administrative Assistant provides diversified administrative support to our service line professionals. They also provide administrative support to service line or engagement-specific teams. They collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data and coordinate administrative procedures on projects and deadlines directly or through others. This position is predominantly office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting, Travel, and Accommodation Arrangements, planning and organizing meetings, business trips, and accommodations
• Document Preparation and Management, creating, editing, and archiving documents.
• Billings: Assisting the engagement team with client billings by liaising with the financial management group, tracking expenses, drafting and finalizing invoices, and time transfers.File Formatting, ensuring all documents adhere to formatting standards.
• Providing support to Strategy and transactions team in various aspects of team organization and administrative on-site support.
• Time and Calendar Management, Efficiently managing calendars and schedules.
• Regularly updating and maintaining various databases.
To qualify, candidates must have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent use of English language (mandatory)
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Skillful attention to details and self-assurance of quality of work performed
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn standard firm software and other relevant applicants and technical/office equipment
