Candidate Engagement Specialist – Experienced Hire
Level – L2 Senior Associate
Hybrid – currently a minimum one day per week in the office
Purpose of the Role::
The talent landscape has changed and continues to evolve on an almost daily basis. Our Candidate Engagement team are pushing the boundaries of delivering the very best candidate experience as we engage with passive talent and bring them on the exceptional EY journey.
Working as part of the wider Talent team partnering with our UK Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence teams, you’ll be part of creating innovative strategies that will capture the attention and interest of those hard-to-find candidates. You’ll build our online talent community journeys through advanced candidate engagement technology and use data and analytics to inform future communications. A key focus will be to look at current talent pipelines and how we engage and maintain engagement with them.
Core Accountabilities:
You’ll spend a lot of time working on CRM (candidate relationship management) systems – a love of tech is key. This isn’t sourcing and filtering – it’s analysing how candidates are interacting with our content, finding out the most engaging routes into our communities and delving into data to establish candidate personas. The following will be part of your key responsibilities:
- Support the consistent and high-quality communication with our online communities
- Become a trusted advisor, advising key stakeholders on our engagement offering and reporting to our key stakeholder groups on a weekly and monthly basis across all service lines
- Design Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) workflows using Visio and implement these journeys using the automation available in our CRM
- Review current automation, streamline where necessary and make recommendations on best practise for our recruitment and sourcing teams
- Replicate candidate nurture in our ATS working in collaboration with our Sourcing teams to maximise talent pools across our tech stack
- Drive the adoption of new technology, reporting on metrics and successes and challenging processes to promote best practice
- Be a technical superuser across our ATS (SuccessFactors) and CRM (Beamery), troubleshooting where needed for the wider team
Experience Sought:
The following experience is essential for the role:
- Demonstrable track record as a subject matter expert in ATS/CRM technology including back-end functionality
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint in Visio
- Competent in utilising automation in talent technology
- Project management exposure with extensive reporting experience and a data led mindset
- Track record of providing creative technical solutions to recruitment challenges
- Team player and ability to build strong relationships with new people
