The Opportunity
As part of our Core Business Services (CBS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the business enablement functions that help EY operate effectively and efficiently. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to Partners and senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and client service excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to a group of Partners and senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, communications, and meeting coordination while ensuring timely follow-up on requests and actions.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence as appropriate.
- Prepare and process expense claims, timesheets, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner.
- Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and client-facing activities across the MENA region.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 6-8 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience, supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Languages, English Literature, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- National of the respective hiring location.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams in a fast-paced and matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with working across multiple geographies and cultures.
