Job summary:

The key service of the position offerings include business and IT consulting for TMT industry, Specific services included innovation and digital transformation, system integration, project management, business intelligence (BI), cost management, and IT strategic planning, etc.

Position: Senior Manager / Manager

Location: Beijing / Shenzhen

Job requirements:

• Recognized university Bachelor or Masters degree with a minimum of 10 years’ working experience preferably as a business consulting role in global leading consultancy organizations or a technology service companies;
• Good skill set in TMT business operation and digital transformation, IT planning, system integration, project management, business intelligence (BI), or cloud computing;
• Proven business development experiences and sales record during the project selling cycle
• Strong client relationship, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt methods and practices to meet clients’ needs;
• Proven capabilities in managing large-scale business transformation projects and programs;
• Prior consulting experience in the TMT industry is preferred;
• Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;
• Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;
• Travel within China or aboard is required;
