Our People Advisory Services business (PAS) is focused on people consulting, and we help our clients get it right in all its facets. One of our services in PAS is focusing on Corporate Culture Change. Along our EY methodology and tools, we support our clients to improve their corporate culture, during a transformation, after a transaction or just as a stand-alone focus.


To further strengthen our People Advisory Services team in the field of Corporate Culture Change, we are looking for a senior expert join our Zurich office.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future


  • 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in delivering change projects in the field of corporate culture
  • In-depth knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is an asset
  • Experience in leading people and teams
  • Ability to manage teams in multiple projects and provide direction to team members
  • Proven track record in initiating and fostering sustainable client relationships
  • Proficiency in English is a must, Swiss-German, German, or French an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English)
