Senior Receptionist
Job description
Responsibilities:

To greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

To supervise the Team for ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

To answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

To manage incoming and mail and packages.
-
To oversee the day-to-day activities of the reception area, including managing phone systems, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

To schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

To assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

To provide general information to clients and the public.

To book flight tickets and manage travel arrangements for internal staff.

To oversee and book meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use, including the setup and testing of technology and audiovisual equipment for meetings.

Inform housekeeping to serve beverages to visitors in the meeting rooms.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
-
Minimum for few years’ experience and proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Professional attitude and appearance.
-
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
