Your key responsibilities 

You’ll spend most of your time working with a wide variety of clients and your colleagues to deliver the latest trends, practices, technologies, and architecture to design, build and maintain scalable and robust solutions that unify, enrich, collaborate and deliver value.    

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP system configuration, testing, and documentation for changes and enhancements.
• Assist in SAP user administration, including roles and authorizations management.
• Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related fields
• Proven experience in SAP AMS or SAP support roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others relevant to the business.
• Experience with SAP incident management and change management processes.
• Good understanding of SAP technical components and integration points.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support if required.
