Financial Reporting and Analysis - Senior to Manager
Job description
The Reporting and Analytics Function is a leading-edge organization providing powerful analytical solutions to evolve our ability to provide insights to the business. This role is evolving financial tools and way we look at information to improve our business organization and help our Business Lead make the best-informed decisions.
The role will have a key task to engage with all client servers across the servile lines to help and prepare them for any change / update of currant CRM and Mercury (SAP) functions. This role suits someone with good understanding of financial reporting and analytics needs, with experience in driving and managing transformational challenges. He/she should be able to think strategically and demonstrate a pragmatic mindset.

Prepare business management report and dashboard, including localized versions based on business requirements

Validate and analyze data, present finding with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations in a structured document, focusing on insights that solve problems or support decisions

Advise/ support all local users, gather and filter reporting ad-hoc, enhancements or new report requests, understand whether they are a fit or a gap in the current solutions

Advise/ support all local CBS users for any function related to CRM/SAP and work closely with finance and accounting team to drive process improvement and standardization

Work with Global Change Management team or Developer for any SAP update and operation request/enhancement

Support Market Business Advisor (MBA) in terms of technical and data analytics
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have ideally worked in a Finance/Reporting role and have a good understanding of the types of management information that is needed to operate business or service line. The preferred candidate should also have finance and accounting background and software proficiency (Excel and SAP)

Deep understanding of management reporting, financial statement and economic/business performance

Prefer accounting background from general bookkeeping to statement of operations

Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify and support strategic decisions

Expertise in tools like Microsoft Excl and SAP, streamlining financial processes

Being fluent in English with excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Ability to prioritize workload, plan ahead and track progress

Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
Job Qualification:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related area of Reporting /Finance with accounting background

Previous exposure to upper-level management
