- Drive alignment across business, technology, data, and operations teams by facilitating collaboration across workstreams and stakeholders to ensure seamless, integrated delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, software vendors, and ecosystem partners to support coordinated, multi-party delivery, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and resolution of implementation challenges.
- Assess and redesign end-to-end processes to drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making while aligning business, technology, and data strategies.
- Oversee program execution by managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder reporting, governance forums, and delivery standards across engagements.
- Oversee engagement economics, resource planning, team performance, and delivery quality across assigned engagements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to building FS transformation capabilities by developing offerings, reusable assets, methodologies, client credentials, and supporting business development activities including proposals and client pursuits.
- Support business development activities by identifying client opportunities, contributing to account planning, and developing qualified pipeline within target FS accounts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
