Your key responsibilities
The Consultant will support the delivery of business transformation initiatives within the Financial Services (FS) sector, with a focus on banking and insurance. This role contributes to client engagements by supporting execution, coordinating project activities, and assisting in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Support the execution of FS transformation initiatives by assisting with project activities, applying structured delivery approaches, and contributing to timelines, deliverables, and quality outputs.
- Assist in coordinating across business, technology, data, and operations teams to support collaboration and alignment across workstreams.
- Work with client stakeholders and software vendors to support project activities, communications, follow-ups, and issue resolution in multi-party delivery environments.
- Support analysis and documentation of business processes, including current-state assessment, process mapping, requirements gathering, and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital enablement, and AI-enabled transformation in alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Assist in program tracking activities, including maintaining risks, issues, actions, decisions, progress updates, and supporting governance and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to practice development by assisting in the preparation of deliverables, documentation, proposal materials, credentials, and internal knowledge assets.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, information systems, or any related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, technology implementation, or Financial Services industry. Internship experience in consulting, banking, insurance, or transformation projects will be considered.
- Exposure to business transformation, process improvement, operating model, customer experience, or system implementation projects is a plus.
- Basic understanding of banking and/or insurance processes, operations, products, channels, or customer journeys.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and/or Waterfall is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
