Your key responsibilities
- Be responsible for facilitating until the delivery of the qualification training on agreed schedule.
- Support training session by preparing training documents and materials.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, virtual classroom training, e-learning, etc.
- Provide and summarize the status of training hour or learning reports to management.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in training coordinator or training preparation.
- Skilled in using computers such as MS Word, Excel (pivot and vlookup), PowerPoint, etc.
- Open to new technologies and always keep yourself updated on new tools
- Positive thinking, good interpersonal skills and service minded.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Self-driven and result oriented individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and work well as a supportive team player who can coordinate with fellow team members and be able to coordinate and work with other inter-departmental teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with employee at all levels
- Able to handle Ad-hoc tasks
