This position now focuses on driving strategic sales growth by pioneering market entry and new deal origination in the Japanese market. It involves leading strategic sales initiatives and optimizing account management processes to ensure operational effectiveness and long-term success.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a specific focus on penetrating and expanding within the Japanese market.

  • Develop and drive sales strategy at your assigned accounts to build and develop relationships leading to billable engagements.

  • Pitch and sell the company’s services to potential clients with a consultative approach

  • Deliver professional and compelling presentations tailored to client needs

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, both for new prospects and existing clients.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development strategies and ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to promote company services

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with relevant departments

  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and pipeline

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the professional service industry

  • Strong command of Japanese is required and proficient in English

  • Strong communication and negotiation

  • Understands the consulting sales cycle and mindset

  • Proven track record in developing professional presentations and delivering them with impact
