Job Title: Technical Program Management Support Manager
Role Overview
The Technical Program Management (TPM) Support Manager leads technical program management support to ensure complex technology programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with controlled risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Define TPM support models, governance, and delivery standards
- Oversee technical dependencies, risks, and escalation management
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture leaders on delivery planning
- Manage program-level reporting and executive communication
- Drive resolution of cross-team technical issues
- Mentor TPM support team members
Qualifications & Skills
- 8–15 years of experience in technical program or delivery management
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs
