Job Title: Product Support Manager
Role Overview
The Product Support Manager oversees product support operations and ensures product stability, service quality, and continuous improvement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product support teams and define support operating models
- Own product incident management, escalation, and resolution
- Collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering on backlog prioritization
- Define SLAs, support KPIs, and service performance reporting
- Drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions
- Oversee release readiness and post-deployment reviews
- Manage stakeholder communication for product issues and risks
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–12 years of experience in product or application support roles
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps Environments
- Solid understanding of digital products and platforms
