Job Title: Product Support Manager

Role Overview

The Product Support Manager oversees product support operations and ensures product stability, service quality, and continuous improvement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product support teams and define support operating models
  • Own product incident management, escalation, and resolution
  • Collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering on backlog prioritization
  • Define SLAs, support KPIs, and service performance reporting
  • Drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions
  • Oversee release readiness and post-deployment reviews
  • Manage stakeholder communication for product issues and risks

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7–12 years of experience in product or application support roles
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps Environments
  • Solid understanding of digital products and platforms
