Job Title: Process Support Consultant
Role Overview
The Process Support Consultant supports business and operational processes by monitoring execution, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day process execution and issue handling
- Monitor process performance and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
- Assist in documenting SOPs, workflows, and process maps
- Support process improvement initiatives and pilots
- Coordinate with business and operational teams on process issues
- Track process KPIs and prepare operational reports
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in process operations or business support roles
- Basic knowledge of process mapping and improvement methodologies
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Experience with BPM or workflow tools is a plus
