The opportunity:

Join our Technology Risk practice as part of the Assurance team, where you will lead complex engagements across Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, AI Governance, and Data Analytics. You will work with leading organizations across multiple industries to strengthen IT governance, manage technology and cyber risks, enhance internal controls, and accelerate business transformation through technology-enabled and data-driven solutions.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will build trusted client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to the growth and development of our Technology Risk practice.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Third-Party Risk, AI Governance & Assurance, and Data Analytics engagements across diverse industries.

  • Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including planning, execution, quality assurance, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and delivery.

  • Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders by providing practical, business-focused insights and recommendations.

  • Identify growth opportunities, develop proposals, participate in client presentations, and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

  • Collaborate across EY service lines to deliver integrated risk, technology, and transformation solutions.

  • Drive innovation through the use of automation, advanced analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.

To qualify for the role, you must have

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.

    • 7-10+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Internal Audit, IT Risk Advisory, Technology Consulting, or related disciplines.

    • Proven experience leading client engagements, managing project teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

    • Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

      • IT General Controls (ITGC) Reviews

      • IT Application Controls Reviews

      • IT Internal Audit

      • Cybersecurity Audits

      • Cloud Security Assessments

      • Technology Risk Assessments

      • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

      • SOX / J-SOX IT Controls Testing

      • SOC Readiness and Attestation

      • AI Governance and Assurance

      • Data Governance, Privacy, and Protection

      • Data Analytics, Automation, and Continuous Auditing

      • IT Regulatory Compliance

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with analytics, automation, or visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, ACL, IDEA, or similar technologies.

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CIA, ISO/IEC 27001, AWS Certified, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
