The Fund & Accounts Operations Analyst will provide a range of financial administration support to the engagements, as well as assisting the Service Delivery Team Leader/Manager by coordinating various tasks amongst the team and acting as first point of contact for general queries.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Review and process supplier/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and received goods.
- Manage payments in accordance with the scheduled payment run and log received payments to appropriate accounts.
- Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, ensuring data integrity.
- Oversee and review daily Fund Valuations (NAV Prices) prepared by Fund Administrators before market release.
- Address Fund investor queries, collaborating with internal Account Managers and investor services teams.
- Assist in coordinating Financial Year-End activities for Australian Funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fund administration/Fund Operations or other Finance/Data-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
