The opportunity
The Service Delivery Centre provides an alternative delivery model in a regional location within Australia, decreasing risk to our clients, and increasing efficiency by standardising repeatable processes. Employees within the hub will work with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements.
The Accounts Support Analyst will provide a range of financial administration support including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management.
Position: Permanent, Fulltime
Location: Ballarat (Wadawurrung)
Your key responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and allocations.
- Verify financial records, invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and supporting documentation in line with company policies.
- Maintain supplier and vendor account information, including banking and business details.
- Respond to enquiries and support administrative processes using Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on quality outcomes, continuous improvement and working both autonomously and as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in providing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable support or other Finance/Data related role is highly desirable, but not essential
