Your key responsibilities

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will involve in many HR aspects where you will face with many interesting challenges and expose to different experiences every day.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, human resources or other related fields;
  • Solid knowledge of Azerbaijani labor, migration legislation and payroll process
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations  
  • Good understanding of full recruitment process;
  • Experience in working with 1C, SAP, emas.sosial.gov.az, isb.az; www.stat.gov.az
  • Experience in working with migration services, obtaining work permits etc
  • Experience in preparing statistical reports
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • Good command of computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point);
  • Good networking with external related parties as well as local authorities;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information; communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings;
  • Ability to process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Good logic thoughts, high sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized and mature;
  • Ability to analyze and negotiate;
  • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure;
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects;
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
