Your key responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and forecasts.

• Extract, consolidate, and validate financial data for budgeting purposes.

• Prepare budget variance analyses and provide actionable insights to management.

• Assist in the preparation of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

• Assist in the reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.

• Use SAP and other financial reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Skills and attributes for success

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in budgeting, financial planning, or management reporting.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems is advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for clear, concise reporting. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
