The opportunity

Join our team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. You will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the EY Business Academy operations in Azerbaijan:
    • Preparation and documentation processing: invoices, contracts, financial documents (including electronic documents), mail handling, working with invoices, expenses, and department financial flow accounting.
    • Working with tender platforms and preparation of tender documents (public procurement and company procurement).
    • Administrative support before, during, and after training sessions (preparing materials for printing, preparing training rooms, collecting and forwarding client feedback, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team:
    • Preparation of social media posts (including videos of completed projects);
    • Participation in the development of marketing campaigns;
    • Participation in industry events/conferences.

 

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor; ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. 
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), scheduling tools, and phone systems.
  • Language Skills: Full Professional Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, and Russian.
