As a ServiceNow Risk & Compliance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Solutions include, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Privacy Management (PM).  You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Design and configure ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, BCM and PM applications to meet client needs.
• Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to implementation and support.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations with other systems.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and effective use of ServiceNow Risk & Compliance products.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery

• Extensive experience in technology consulting, with a focus on GRC solutions.
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow Risk & Compliance products.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST, SOAP), and data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance or similar certification is preferred.
