We are seeking a Senior Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with proven hands‑on implementation experience delivering Employee Central solutions across multiple legal entities.
The role requires strong expertise in EC core data model and best‑practice design, along with solid integration knowledge across Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and other SuccessFactors modules.
This is a delivery‑focused role, responsible for end‑to‑end EC solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and integration support—not an advisory‑only position.

Ko Tō Rourou |Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, including hands-on configuration of core EC data models, structures, workflows, and business rules.
- Design scalable EC solutions for multi-entity and complex organisations, supporting concurrent employment, global assignments, and strong data governance.
- Deliver and supported integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Off/Time Tracking, and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Support testing and deployment phases including SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Provide functional leadership across HR, Payroll, and IT, mentoring junior consultants and supporting post–go-live optimisation.
Ngā Pūkenga |Skills and attributes for success
- 8–10+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience implementing EC as the system of record integrated with payroll across multi-entity organisations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in EC configuration, including data models, foundation objects, and business rules.
- Strong integration experience across EC Payroll, Time Off, Time Tracking, and EC-led data migration.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certified, with strong analytical skills and the ability to independently own delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Exposure to SAP Integration Centre and BTP integration Suite
- Experience in large transformation or global rollout programmes.
