As the SAP Manufacturing Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes using SAP solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving process improvements, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Preferably this role is based in Auckland, NZ. But we are also open for other locations as far as you will be fine to travel to Auckland.
Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Lead and support sales activities for SAP business in the manufacturing and logistics sector
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP functionalities.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP manufacturing processes.
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
- Extensive experience in leading large scale SAP manufacturing processes and implementation.
- Extensive experience in SAP Manufacturing and Logistics modules like, Material Management (MM), Production & Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM)
- Depth of experience in end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations through to successful delivery
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and grow SAP technical professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
