As part of our team in New Zealand, you will work across the priority pursuits and pitches for the New Zealand market across all industries and service lines as well as Oceania-led global opportunities. Our services cover all activities in the pursuit cycle from sales strategy through to bid management and presentation coaching.

Ō Pūmanawa I What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 

  • 7+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing environment which includes considerable experience in bids and pursuits across all aspects (strategy to, bid writing and management)
  • A strong personal presence and the ability to influence without authority and build credibility with new teams quickly
  • The ability to write interesting, persuasive, clear and accurate content that is laser focused on the client
  • High degree of business acumen and ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and understand new services
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
