We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager (PMO) to provide senior programme-level delivery leadership across large-scale Employee Experience and HR transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for delivery governance, integrated planning, execution, and assurance across multiple streams of work within complex transformation programmes.

 

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. 

 

Ko Tō Rourou |Your key responsibilities

 

As our Project Delivery Manager (PMO), you will lead programme delivery and governance across multi-stream SAP SuccessFactors transformations. You will:

 

  • Provide senior programme-level delivery leadership across the Employee Experience programme, accountable for overall delivery governance, risks, dependencies, and execution across all streams
  • Own the integrated programme delivery plan, delivery cadence, reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes
  • Coordinate delivery across Project Managers, Stream Leads, Solution Architecture, Change, Integration, and Data teams
  • Lead programme-level governance, executive stakeholder engagement, and senior leadership communications
  • Ensure delivery aligns to approved scope, value objectives, and programme milestones
  • Oversee EY delivery team performance, resourcing alignment, and delivery assurance

 

Ngā Pūkenga |Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Senior Manager–level experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors transformation programmes (mandatory)
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream, enterprise-scale programmes
  • Strong programme governance, dependency management, and risk management capability

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience operating in PMO or programme delivery leadership roles within large transformation environments
