Are you a seasoned leader in IT project management with a knack for steering complex change programs to success? We're seeking a IT Program Manager (Manager or Senior Manager) to join our dynamic team in Auckland. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation within the financial services sector in New Zealand.
In this role you will:
- Lead and deliver large-scale IT change programs with precision and agility.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with vendors and technology partners.
- Navigate the financial services sectors with your deep industry knowledge.
- Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.

- A proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex IT change programs.
- Demonstrable strength in managing vendor and technology partnerships.
- Essential experience in the financial services sector, specifically in banking or insurance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.
- Ideally, a strong professional network within the Auckland area and the broader industry.
