- Ensure Time Off configuration aligns with NZ legislative and award/enterprise agreement requirements.
- Time & Attendance Integration
- Design and support integration between SuccessFactors Time Off and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. SAP Time Tracking or other third‑party T&A platforms).
- Ensure approved leave and attendance data flows correctly to payroll systems (ECP or other payroll engines).
- Support integration testing, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Testing, Cutover & Go‑Live
- Lead Time Off–related testing including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and end‑to‑end payroll validation.
- Support data migration of leave balances across multiple entities.
- Provide hands‑on support during cutover, go‑live, and hypercare phases.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Support
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and technical integration teams.
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants while remaining hands‑on.
- Support optimisation, remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives post go‑live.
