As our Employee Relations Manager you’ll support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in managing high risk issues such as workplace investigations, ill-health, redundancies and restructures, some senior performance issues and any other employee relations matters. You will also work closely with HR Business Partners and other Talent Centres of Excellence in the project management and roll out of cyclical people processes for Oceania.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract
