We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead learning strategy and delivery oversight for large‑scale technology transformations. You’ll design and drive practical, persona‑based learning that helps diverse workforces adopt new systems and ways of working — from frontline and operational teams through to corporate functions.

 

The right to work in New Zealand, driver license and own transport is essential.

 

This role can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Pōneke (Wellington).

 

Ko Tō Rourou |Your key responsibilities

 

As a Manager you will work within engagement teams to deliver workforce solutions for clients and deliver projects across the full change spectrum. You will:

 

  • Proven experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations
  • Design and develop the implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, lead client presentations
  • Manage the delivery of complex projects, applying sound judgment to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of people-related projects and initiatives
  • Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projects
  • Support the growth and development of Consultants and Senior Consultants through providing coaching, guidance and opportunities to learn. 

 

Ngā Pūkenga |Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end learning for enterprise technology transformations.
  • Deep capability in adult learning design for mixed workforces (frontline + corporate), including low‑tech and time‑poor operational contexts and learners with language and literacy challenges.
  • Experience developing persona-based, blended learning approaches and leading learning development and delivery teams.
  • SuccessFactors experience (e.g. Learning, Employee Central, Performance) or equivalent HRIS platforms.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

  • WalkMe experience (or similar digital adoption platform) — designing, governing, or deploying in‑app guidance at scale.
  • Experience working alongside product/tech teams through testing, cutover, go‑live, and stabilisation.
