As our Manager or Senior Consultant in Supply Chain & Operations, you'll work with clients to deliver transformational and sustainable change across digital supply chain, end-to-end value chain, logistics, and manufacturing excellence. You'll contribute to and lead complex engagements, helping organisations improve performance, build resilience, and unlock value across their operations. This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Regular travel to client sites may be required, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Senior Consultants will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative supply chain and operations solutions that help clients navigate complexity and unlock value.
- Managers will lead multidisciplinary teams and client engagements, combining strategic thinking and practical delivery to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Across both levels, you'll work alongside market-leading specialists, connect with EY's global network, and contribute to transformative projects spanning agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, and the public sector.
Your EY experience could span from innovating the future of agriculture for one of NZ’s leading exporters to improving product quality while transforming the manufacturing capability and performance of one of NZ’s most iconic companies to reduce waste, to designing the supply chain of a public organisation to deliver better outcomes for New Zealanders.
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
- As a Senior Consultant, you'll bring experience delivering business-led, technology-enabled transformation initiatives across supply chain and operations, including operating model design, process improvement, and operational excellence programs.
- As a Manager, you'll bring deep consulting or industry experience with the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and identify opportunities to drive greater value for clients.
- At both levels, you'll demonstrate strong commercial acumen, business case and cost analysis capabilities, AI literacy and curiosity, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business outcomes while considering responsible AI principles, including privacy, ethics, risk, trust, adoption, and safe scaling.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
