US Sector Marketing – Supervising Associate
The opportunity
This role will be required to learn sector issues and then leverage that insight to both support development and execution of go-to-market activities, primarily focusing on digital activation and channels. This includes supporting the development, publishing and promotion of marketing materials across digital marketing channels, orchestration of in-person and virtual events, proactively managing updates of marketing activities to key stakeholders as well as tracking ROI and marketing results. This role will have US-wide scope and will be expected to collaborate closely with our global industry, service and business lines, creative services group, independence and risk management teams, and other internal support teams. This position is a digitally focused role.
Your key responsibilities
- Supports the US Health and Life Sciences Sector Marketing Strategists in publishing of content to EY’s website coordinating closely with web design team, subject matter resources (SMEs), creative services group, and analysts.
- Manage paid media campaigns for the health and life sciences sector. Paid media includes programmatic, search, social, and display. Collaborate closely with EY’s paid media agency on rolling and annual sector paid media campaigns.
- Oversee Marketo email campaigns for the Health and Life Sciences sectors including database management, smart list creation, and campaigns. Must be able to think strategically about audience, calendaring of content, and serve as the go to resource for all things email marketing.
- Works closely with the internal communications team to promote events and content through digital reaching Health and Life Sciences sector teams, Global Markets and other key stakeholders.
- Assists in managing the budget for communications initiatives.
- Engages with select accounts and account owners to understand industry/sector issues.
- Teams with EY Digital Center of Excellence on channel execution and campaign analytics (i.e., ey.com, social media, email marketing).
- Supports content creation by driving the SCORE and ey.com publishing processes.
- Manages events and sponsorships that are in the annual Sector Marketing plan.
- Assists in the measurement analytics to track ROI for the programs by working closely with the Accounts teams.
- Effectively manages multiple concurrent marketing initiatives
- Project manages small/medium marketing initiatives, generally under the direction of sector marketing manager
- Collaborate with Global Sector Marketing to inform and activate global campaigns as appropriate
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications and marketing.
- Excellent at digital marketing and has a strong understanding of paid media platforms and best practices.
- Works independently on marketing activities, sometimes managing the work of others.
- Project manager for medium/large marketing initiatives, generally under the direction of the leader.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
