The opportunity

EY’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) practice is the leader in providing innovative and practical TPRM solutions. The team has assisted hundreds of companies across all industries in improving and/or operating their third-party risk programs.  Risk & Supplier Services (RSS) is an organization dedicated within Americas Managed Services to provide clients a variety of solutions such as TPRM program management, third-party risk assessments and technology enablement.  TPRM is one of the fastest growing businesses in EY and an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic organization.

Your key responsibilities

As an Associate in our TPRM Service Delivery team, you'll support and help operate one or multiple client TPRM projects across a variety of industries. You'll interact with clients and our global team members on a daily basis to execute risk management activities, such as third-party risk assessments, conduct reporting and data analysis, and ensure timely and quality delivery of work products. You’ll also support on identifying and implementing improvements to client programs and processes.

Your responsibilities may extend to supporting sales efforts, contributing to practice development, and helping to manage the financial health of engagements.   • Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills with specific focus on information security, data protection, resiliency, or other key operational risks
  • Assist the Engagement Lead with oversight and daily work of individual workstreams
  • Assist Engagement Lead in managing challenging stakeholders within suppliers and customers
  • Manage concurrent activities with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail
  • Work in a global delivery model
  • Ability to learn and operate a variety to technology tools and platforms
  • Assist Engagement Lead in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact service delivery and client satisfaction

 To qualify for the role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional work experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working within a third-party risk management program, Procurement, IT Security, Enterprise Risk or other similar risk functions within industry or professional services firm
  • We would expect for you to be available to occasionally travel outside of your assigned office location (5-10% of the time)
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and be flexible with working hours, as we often work across multiple time zones

 Ideally, you will also have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $65,800 to $108,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $79,000 to $123,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
