Recruiter, Core Business Services (CBS) - Talent Attraction & Acquisition (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions) (1608178), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA. 
  
Manage teams that screen, recruit, interview qualified candidates to fill experienced hire positions in designated sub-service lines and/or practices. Responsible for the development and negotiation of offers, facilitate calls with leadership to discuss candidate pipeline and activity, organize super days and facilitate debrief sessions post interviews, maintain and share pipeline reports.  Create and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Work closely with sourcing team to come up with a strategy around diversity recruiting and hosting recruiting networking sessions. 

 

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Labor Relations, Applied Organizational Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a professional services environment. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Labor Relations, Applied Organizational Management, or related field and 4 years of work experience in a professional services environment.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in experienced hire recruitment, including full life-cycle recruitment for specialized advisory or consulting positions. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience managing candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, up to and including assessing candidate qualifications for current open positions, negotiating offers and initiating onboarding for new hires. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience using one of the following recruiting tools and technologies: Taleo; SAP SuccessFactors; and/or LinkedIn. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience sourcing and hiring candidates within the advisory or management consultant space including identifying and engaging candidates with relevant backgrounds. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience creating and applying recruitment policies, processes and protocols for a professional services firm. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience utilizing one of the following resources: Investigations, General Counsel's Office, Center for Mobility Services (CMS), and/or Visa and Immigration (V&I) departments. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience sourcing for candidates in one of the following industries: professional services; financial services; and/or technology.  
 
Must have 3 years of global recruiting experience with work permits and visa applications.  
 
Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of talent or human resource recruiters. 
 
Travel required up to 25%, of which 5% may be international.
