FSO - Consulting - Technology Consulting - Technologies & Platforms - Financial Services Risk Transformation - Non-Financial Risk (NFR) - ServiceNow IRM (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1718130), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA. 

Help financial institution clients modernize systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing, competitive environment. Leverage eGRC platforms, Microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with safe and sound architecture at optimum cost. Manage implementations and developing, investing, and maintaining thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to the ServiceNow platform or similar GRC platforms, product capabilities, and complementary technologies in a client-consulting environment, including Integrated Risk Management (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Service Portal/Employee Center, NOW Experience, and UI Builder. Manage technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on the platform. Manage technical team on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers. Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using Agile or client-preferred Agile software. Direct clients on best practices across ServiceNow products or similar GRC platforms. Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations. Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration. Develop client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics. Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed. Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related. Create and deliver solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards. Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards. 
  
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.  

Must have 4 years of experience in one of the following: 
· Working at a financial services company (such as wealth asset management, banking & capital markets, and/or insurance company) within ServiceNow implementations; OR   
· Working as a ServiceNow and/or Finance consultant to a financial services company (such as wealth asset management, banking & capital markets, and/or insurance company).  
  
Must have 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations in a client consulting environment.  

Must have 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform end-to-end delivery processes and functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM (GRC) best practices. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in all the following: 
· Assisting with client workshops to gather agile user stories , epics, and features using ServiceNow Agile or client-preferred Agile software; 
· Translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, and planning and execution of testing of architectural, data and system integration components; AND 
· Enterprise Risk Management and GRC tools. 
    
Must have 2 years of experience designing or conducting assessments in a risk management program, including: risk governance, risk appetite and risk tolerance; risk assessment; risk mitigation strategies; integration of risk management and business planning processes; and integration of risk management functions. 
  
Must have 2 years of experience with leading a team of technology professionals.
  
Must have 2 years of experience leading project teams engaged in compliance or risk activities, including: risk management control frameworks; implementation of GRC tools; conducting compliance assessments; and creating action plans for compliance programs. 
  
Must have 3 years of experience in all of the following: 
· IT Transformation including ServiceNow Systems Implementation;  and 
· Workflow design, configuration and testing on platforms including ServiceNow and/or similar. 
  
Must have 2 years of experience in 1 of the following:    
· Business and technical requirements gathering; or 
· Technical Design, Configuration, and Testing. 
  
Requires travel up to 20%, of which 5% may be international, to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $152,131.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
