Communications Supervising Associate - Growth Markets

The opportunity

The Communications Supervising Associate supports the design, development, quality and management of internal communications for Growth Markets.

Your key responsibilities

• Supports the Growth Markets communication strategy, working with the Communications team and internal stakeholders to support business and communications objectives.
• Identifies content opportunities, engages with subject matter experts, secures appropriate reviews and approvals, and edits as needed.
• Manages channels for Growth Markets including emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media and more.
• Responsibly leverages firm-approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to develop and execute deliverables, optimize workflow and enhance quality.
• Leverages communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging.
• Works with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop and execute communications plans.
• Participates in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Supports measurement, reporting, planning and tracking of Growth Markets communications.
• Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications.
• Works independently on communications activities, occasionally managing the work of others.
• Project manager for small-to-medium scale communications initiatives, generally under the direction of a Communications Assistant Director or Associate Director.
• Receives general supervision and is competent to work independently within areas of communications activities. Review of work generally occurs at longer intervals.
• Requires occasional flexibility in hours to meet deadlines and serve stakeholders in different time zones.

To qualify you must have

• A bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of communications experience is required.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job is: 
• • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $89,800 to $152,600
  • Bay Area California offices – $93,500 to $159,000
  • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $74,800 to $139,900 
• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
