The Opportunity

 

The Communications Supervising Associate has responsibility for supporting the design, development, quality and management of the internal and/or external communications initiatives for Talent areas including alumni, wellbeing, inclusiveness, learning and development, recruiting and the Talent function. You’ll help lead the planning and execution for communications spanning multiple communications channels and leveraging best practices to engage audiences across levels, roles, and generations. You’ll be expected to build relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide communications counsel to meet approved business goals and objectives. You’ll also be expected to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder groups to drive effectiveness of the strategy and adapt as needed.

 

Your key responsibilities
·    Executes against the Talent communications strategy, working with the Talent Communications team and internal and external stakeholders to achieve the function’s objectives.
·    Identifies content opportunities and leads content development, engages with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals and edit as needed.
·    Manages channels for Talent function including emails, videos, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media and more.
·    Responsibly leverages firm-approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to develop and execute deliverables, optimize workflow and enhance quality.
·    Leverages communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging across disciplines including external stakeholders, internal communications channels and social media.
·    Strong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
·    Builds strong relationships and is proactive beyond core team.


Skills and attributes for success

   Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications.
·    Works independently on communications activities, liaising with Talent stakeholders and fellow communications colleagues.
·    Project manager for small-to-medium-scale communications initiatives, generally under the direction of supervisor.
·    Leverages AI tools to help inform decisions and anticipate issues.
·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·    Demonstrated teamwork skills.
·    Demonstrated project management skills.
·    Comfortable with the use of AI tools for content creation and refinement.
·    Demonstrated eagerness to gain insights and proactively share them with the team.


Ideally, you’ll also have
·    Bachelor’s degree with communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
·    Approximately 5+ years of communications experience is required.
·    As content launches, may need to have flexibility in hours to meet deadlines. Limited travel expectations.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $139,900.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $159,000.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
