The opportunity

 

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Talent Enablement Associate to support day‑to‑day Talent administration and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. You will work closely with Talent, Payroll team and non-Talent functions  to keep our data accurate, our processes compliant, and our people well‑served.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Employee lifecycle administration: prepare and maintain employment records, contracts/annexes, and HR files; support onboarding and offboarding logistics (documents, checklists, HRIS updates).
  • HRIS & data accuracy: enter and validate employee data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), run routine reports, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Time, leave & benefits support: track absences and leaves, liaise with employees and managers, and coordinate with vendors where needed.
  • Compliance & labor administration (Greece): prepare and submit mandatory notifications via PS ERGANI support audits and document retention in line with local labor law and internal policies.
  • Employee queries: act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing timely, clear guidance with a service mindset.
  • Data privacy: handle personal data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR and internal security policies.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

Required

 

  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations/HR Administration in Greece.
  • Working knowledge of PS ERGANI and related employment notifications.
  • Familiarity with Greek labor law basics and standard HR documentation.
  • Experience with an HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills .
  • Excellent English and Greek written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Desirable

  • Exposure to payroll processes (inputs/controls) and e‑EFKA coordination.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, with a focus on SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms
