The opportunity

As a ServiceNow Developer you would be a part of project teams involved in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform allowing you to develop your technical and business skills in a global environment. As Global Elite ServiceNow partner EY works with all types of modules of the platform, heavily using their features and developing custom solutions not yet built by others.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture – minimum 3 years, proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience in project activities as a Developer or Architect.
  • Previous experience in implementing ITSM, ITOM
  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM, GRC)

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services and integrations, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
  • Solid understanding of core technologies essential for Microsoft 365 development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, Microsoft Graph, and Dataverse
  • Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent command of the English language

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Development background with .NET Framework and C#
  • Experience with Azure services
  • Experience  with AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Holding Microsoft certifications (AZ / PL / Power Platform, MCSD, MCSA, or equivalent)
