Senior BPM Solution Architect

The opportunity

 As a Senior BPM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of BPM solutions for our clients. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code platforms will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.

Your key responsibilities  

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and design BPM solutions that meet their needs using low-code platforms like Appian, Camunda, Power Platform, or other relevant tools.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including process design, data modeling, integration, and user experience, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM, low-code platforms, and related technologies, and assess their potential impact on our solution offerings.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during solution implementation.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and implementation of BPM solutions.
• Expertise in low-code platforms such as Appian, Camunda, Power Platform, or other relevant tools. Certification in these platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale BPM solutions.
• Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
• Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
