The opportunity

As a member of our SAP Consulting team, you will be able to contribute to helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. The specific position is based in Athens and requires working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide a wide range of services in the financial services sector as well as large corporates in other industries.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation projects
• Analyze procurement and inventory management requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Contribute to the design and configuration of SAP MM processes
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development and integration teams
• Perform testing, data validation, user training, and go-live support
• Work closely with business stakeholders and consultants from other SAP workstreams
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations and internal knowledge-sharing activities

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or another related discipline. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset
• A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to ask the right questions and take initiative in solving problems
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in Greek and English)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• An ability to interact with teams at all hierarchical levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
• Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, including procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory management, goods movements, invoice verification, and material master data
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its procurement and inventory management capabilities
• Understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, SD, PP, PM, and WM/EWM
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications
• Experience in integrating SAP with external systems
• Previous experience in a consulting environment will be considered an asset
